We own three available all-year-round houses in Kozin, located in a small settlement,
100 m from the lake Jagodne. They are suitable for 14-17 people leisure. There's also a pier you can do some fishing on and dock or slip boats.The lake doesn't come within the silence zone. Nearby: water gear rental place, Yacht Club, bar, grocery and petrol station in Wilkasy. There's also the italian restaurant in the neighbourhood and a boarding house. The nearest bathing beach with lifeguards is 8 km far from the premises. Moreover, great attraction is The Aqua Park in Wilkasy. For all our guests, there's also a free-admittance playground available.
HOUSES' REVIEW
All three houses are the same – they are 260 m2 utility space each. They are located on private, fenced plot, 1000 m2 each. Parking for 4 cars on the premises. Every house has a central underfloor heating, 100 % covering shaders and mosquito nets.

Optional: iron, cot, barbecue, dryer - previous staff arrangement required.
Guests in each house are provided with garden furniture on the terrace, three deckchairs and two 14-person tables with chairs
